Can the english text be downloaded from the app store? The app says I need to download it via WiFi.

The English/Onkelus translations cannot be downloaded from the app store as they are coming form Machon Mamre website.
I can't distribute their files with my application, but downloading it later from within the app is ok.
WiFi is not a must - the files are 1.5-3.5MB, so if you have an unlimited data plan - go ahead and download via 3G..
